This position will be responsible for assessing visa eligibility for corporate employees, preparing comprehensive case analyses, and managing a diverse caseload within tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in immigration law, specifically involving various nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
- The ideal candidate is a strong writer, maintains excellent organizational skills, and is able to multi-task effectively
- Preferred competencies include immigration compliance, due diligence review, client counseling, and experience with immigration case management systems
- Must have completed a J.D. degree and be admitted to any U.S. state bar
