Showroom Manager 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  


  • Assist with Correspondence between sales team and their clients.
  • Ensure daily communication with showroom management and sales team on deliveries
  • Monitor customer accounts and collect balances. 
  • Work with the company warehouse to schedule deliveries. 
  • Schedule PUPS/ Transfers and work with Miami Warehouse, 
  • Schedule showroom deliveries
  • Process and apply clients balance payment in Luminaire System 
  • Update client files as needed. 
  • Upload any necessary documents to LIS. 
  • Run Delivery Forecast Reports to update sales Team
  • Ensure local inventories are maintained and discrepancies are reported immediately. 
  • Apply trade discounts, adjust S&H as needed to quote and invoices. 
  • Communicate with Purchasing for updates on PO’s and Containers, 
  • Expedite requests for rush orders and other sales orders and supporting as needed. 
  • Process bank deposits for Showroom 
  • Maintain Pretty Cash Report and Cash Box 
  • Run End of the Day (EOD) reports. 
  • Assist Showroom Manager and sales staff and daily operations as needed..
  • Ensure all showroom product is tagged with proper product information
  • The candidate needs to have transportation available to commute between Design District and Coral Gables, as the role requires working at both locations on different days.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS: 


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) with five years or more related experience in retail operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Strong understanding of Logistics and operating systems, including CRM.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Relevant computer and software proficiency.
