As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Program Surface Mount Technology ("SMT") manufacturing equipment including laser marking, screen printing, solder paste inspection, SMT placement, automated optical inspection, and automated X-ray inspection.
- Lead improvements to operations through manufacturing engineering analysis based on capacity, cost reduction, and/or safety.
- Demonstrate cross-functional project management skills.
- Responsible for new equipment introduction including procurement, coordination of installation, process capability prove-out, training, process documentation, and production start-up.
- Lead and manage plant’s technological drive of electronic processes, provide leadership, develop other Manufacturing Engineers, Process Technicians, and Electronic Technicians.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree with 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
- Non-degree applicants may be considered with relevant experience of 15+ years
- Extensive project management experience required
- Must demonstrate good communication, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Computer and organizational skills required
- Knowledge of J-STD-001 Standard required
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 preferred
