Currently, we seek an ambitious, approachable, and outcome-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to forge new client connections. Our approach hinges on informative engagement rather than imposing sales tactics.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to develop new business development opportunities.
  • Prospect for new clients through a variety of outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress through CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, refine messaging, and enhance client experience to drive business growth.
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences and trade shows, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on advancements in digital marketing technologies and techniques, applying knowledge to enhance sales strategies and offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work from our San Diego office
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business development strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads, tracking progress, and generating reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation, with the ability to represent Rosemont Media effectively at industry events and client meetings.
