This role requires strong communication and presentation skills (both written and oral), experience in event and project management, and familiarity with diverse communications channels. A successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, build effective relationships, and handle urgent tasks with agility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to enhance global communications across multiple channels to engage employees.
  • Manage editorial calendars, research and write internal stories, and align communications with external efforts when needed.
  • Oversee content management and implementation across emails, intranet, digital signage, newsletters, and more.
  • Create compelling communication materials, including articles, presentations, emails, and campaigns, to inform and inspire employees.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to amplify internal communications opportunities and successes.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and improve user experiences.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Simpplr). HTML or graphic design knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage digital platforms and analytics to inform communication strategies.
  • Innovative, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and alignment with the organization’s mission.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or humanities with 4-6 years of communications experience.


This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, digitally fluent, and eager to engage employees through impactful communication strategies.
