Junior Estimator


Your new company has been operating since 1969 and is known for being a premier builder in Texas. With a diverse market portfolio and a vibrant culture, this company really does have a lot to offer. With 50 years of customer excellence and a reputation to back it up, my client is looking to bring in a junior estimator to join their senior estimating team, one of their long standing Senior Estimators has retired after being with them for 30 years.



Your new role will help elevate you by supporting a very well established estimating team, with A PreCon Director that heads it all up,you will have the best guidance and knowledge to help you grow in tour field.  You only need a couple of years experience in estimating as training will be given, a more experienced person can apply but ideally some one who is perhaps feeling like they have no where to grow or cant climb up the ladder into an official estimator right now.



What you'll need to succeed is experience in commercial construction and preparing hard bids, overseeing cost reports, pre conceptual bids and be very ambitious and switched on. My clients culture is very important to them so fit is everything.
