Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elgin, IL, for an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager. The role involves managing HVAC projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to meet customer needs and organizational standards. Responsibilities include ensuring timely project completion within budget, monitoring resources and schedules, engaging with clients to maintain satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results. The Project Manager will also oversee customer service efforts and assist with sales initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong expertise in HVAC systems and Plumbing installationsExperience in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionSales skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExceptional project management, organizational, and team collaboration skillsAbility to analyze and resolve technical issues efficientlyKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction and HVAC industriesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with project management software tools is a plus
