Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our largest Utility clients. This individual will need to sit onsite in either Minneapolis MN or Denver CO (Hybrid schedule - in the office 1-2 days a week). This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, analyzing, and modifying systems for various applications. They will be tasked with system objectives and preparing system design specifications. Responsible for interface problem solving. Responsible for gathering and analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems. Will ultimately act as communication liaison between business and IT teams.
Lead the effort to operationalize Microsoft Co-Pilot. This includes becoming familiar with how Co-Pilot works, creating KBs, developing a training plan for end users and creating a license deployment and harvesting process. Will interact with a number of different IT and business teams ranging from Cybersecurity, legal, app packaging, software licensing, deskside support, and IT service desk. Must have the ability to be a quick learner and have great customer communication skills. Will interact with leaders in IT and business area's to discuss the abilities of the technology. Will work with external vendors such as Microsoft. In addition to operationalizing Co-Pilot, will assist the End User Services Agile POD on many other initiatives to improve end user experience. A wide breath of process and technical skills desired.
The client has adopted Microsoft Co-Pilot and is in the early stages of deploying it. They currently have around 300 users on it and have a total of 1500 licenses that they are working on deploying out to other end users. This group is an Agile pod that focuses on end user improvements and has a daily stand-up call along with two-week sprints. We are looking for someone who can come in and understand the tool, learn all of the capabilities and who it will benefit, deploy it, create trainings on it, etc.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of business/systems analyst experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders (gathering technical requirements)
- Self starter, self motivated, ability to hit the ground running, high attention to detail, etc.
- Strong documentation skills
Plusses:
- Microsoft Co-Pilot (or experience with any other AI tool)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working with the following: Change management, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SCCM, InTune, Imaging, etc.
