Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Temp Office Manager to join their Construction client's team in California. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and supporting various administrative tasks.
- Manage office operations efficiently, ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- Receive, stamp, and log invoices accurately.
- Accumulate payroll hours and submit
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
- Support additional administrative duties as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices and payroll hours.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is a temporary position with Ultimate Staffing Services, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic team in California.
