The preference is for the Senior Project Manager to be based in the Richmond, VA area, but the organization is open to considering fully remote candidates for the right individual.

In this permanent, full-time role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the work of other project managers, while also periodically contributing to regular project management duties. The position offers a competitive salary, a performance-based incentive of 10-20% of the base salary, and an extensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement contributions.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and mentor members of the project management team
  • Identify areas for process efficiency gains and lead improvement efforts
  • Monitor team KPIs and assist with identifying additional KPIs
  • Support project scoping and contracting process
  • As needed, support the Project Management team with:
  • Performing takeoffs from architectural plans
  • Review construction documents and perform energy model projections
  • Coordinate and support Design Review facilitation
  • Track and maintain project documents
  • Manage administration and delivery of certification programs including Utility Allowances and Final Certification
  • Perform Quality Assurance/ Quality Control.
  • Perform additional responsibilities related to the success of the organization


Base Salary: 80k-90k based on correlating work experience
