What role will you play

Artisent Floors is adding an Account Manager to our team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of what is expected to be one of the biggest branches in our company. As an Account Manager, you will have four core responsibilities:


  • Make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities
  • Measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers
  • Drive branch revenue through individual performance
  • Ensure high levels of customer service to all current and future prospects


Who you are

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will become an expert at the “Artisent Sales Method” - the same methodology we’ve used to rapidly expand from just one store to 17 locations. Our 8-week training program starts in our home office in Memphis and continues in your respective market 1-1 with a trainer, focusing on the sales process.


Preferred candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of outside sales
  • Multi-family experience highly preferred
  • Participation in HAA committees and/or events
  • Exceptional ability to connect with prospects and customers
  • Driven by competition and working within a team environment
  • Strives to be better today than yesterday
  • Aptitude to learn and absorb new technologies and skills
