Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role at DI Labs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions using our Additive Manufacturing technologies. This is a hybrid role, meaning that you will be primarily located in Willmar, MN with the flexibility to work remotely.


Responsibilities

  • Build and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers  
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue 
  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Additive Manufacturing products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences 
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to our Solutions Support team members.


Qualifications

  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Technical knowledge of additive manufacturing printing technologies
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
