TriVan, a specialty vehicle and enclosure manufacturer, is looking to fill an opening in the Design Department.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Be comfortable working on a computer for 7+ hours a day

- Be proficient with MS office computer software

- Be proficient with AutoCAD (2+ years experience)

- 3D solid modeling experience (especially with Autodesk Inventor) is also strongly preferred

- Experience working in a manufacturing facility is strongly preferred

- Have a good knowledge and understanding of mechanical design principles as well as basic experience in the electrical and plumbing fields

- Be able to work with our sales, purchasing and production departments to bring a project to completion

- Be able to work with customers and outside vendors in a professional manner

- Have great problem solving skills

- Be able to bring clarity to a project during changing customer and vendor requests

- Be self-motivated, highly detailed and responsible
