Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Office Manager at eRecycler LLC in Garland, TX. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment and supplies, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also support overall office administration tasks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer service and schedules service calls
  • Welcomes clients into the plant
  • Advises clients on the best services for their needs
  • Place orders and take payments
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Keep online schedule system up to date with drivers availability and must confirm next day appointments
  • Responsible for daily closing procedures
  • Maintains customer files
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
  • Ability to process orders and invoices with accuracy at a high volume
  • Maintains customer weight logs, answers client account questions
  • May do cold calls
  • Maintains a clean and organized environment



Qualifications
