Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the project manager drives the progress of the project from pre-sales to client acceptance.

Collaborate with the leadership team (COO, CFO, and Director of Sales & Marketing) to ensure alignment, as this role entails responsibility for project scheduling, technical coherence, cost monitoring, and time management.

Responsibilities are:

• Manage all projects for new trampoline park builds and upgrades.
• Support sales and design team to prevent potential issues.
• Coordinate weekly project call for communication regarding orders and communicate to customers results of these meetings relative to their projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner to resolve open issues.
• Ensure projects are efficiently managed from final design to customer turnover.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project realization
• Coordinate activities of the different departments throughout the project lifecycle (sales, design, production, supply, installation)
• Conduct project review and take off at earliest potential project stage possible.
• Ensure and oversee accurate design and technical information provided by the design team
• Monitor the margin evolution per project and inform in case of deviation from the calculations made by the business pricing tool.
• Carries out and ensures the follow-up of active client projects.
• Ensure the choice of technical solutions to improve the process and/or reduce costs.
• Monitor technological developments in the company's field of activity
• Draft the specifications of control, assembly, and manufacturing means
• Participates in construction meetings or is represented by local Fun Spot liaisons
• Propose revisions to the original order, if necessary, with the assistance of the sales department.
• Assist sales representatives to provide customer quotations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to resolve outstanding customer issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated creativity and strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lead a major project and/or coordinating several operational projects simultaneously.
• Master product design and sizing software to implement new and effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of trampoline park construction regulations and compliance standards.
• Analyzing and understanding the origin of a malfunction, incident, or accident (product physical specifications, processes, etc.).
• Strong team player with the ability to teach others (coaching) and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• An eye for detail, but the ability to see the big picture of a project.
• Ability to travel including occasional international travel.
• Excellent communication skills within an international environment
• Customer service-focused with a curious and self-motivated attitude.
