Position: Workday Technical Solutions Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract - 12 months+

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Boston or Atlanta - Hybrid Working 2-3 days per week onsite

Rate: $100 - $120 per hour DOE

Key Skills Required

  • Extensive experience as a Workday Solutions/Technical Lead with a blended hands-on/strategic skillset encompassing strong Workday HCM, Security, Integrations and Data experience.
  • Proven experience acting as the link between the functional and technical workstreams ensuring alignment between people and technology teams.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement skills, with the capability to act as the Product Champion, and articulate solutions across the employee estate.
  • Strong background in Workday HCM Solutions/Technical Design and Architecture with experience of working on at least 1 full end-to-end Implementation of Workday HCM across a Global Landscape.


This is a fantastic opportunity to impact a Global Workday End-User and spearhead the systems design for a Global Workday Implementation.
