Receiving PO’s/GR Equipment

  • Physical check in
  • QC & issue deliveries
  • Put away stock and stage non-stock material manage and track PO’s.
  • Process paperwork and alert requestor of deliveries
  • Send PO materials to proper locations as directed.
  • Setting up bin locations for materials
  • Proper handling/storage for each different type of equipment
  • Safely loading/offloading inbound and outbound equipment
  • Clear labeling for project equipment
  • Handle deliveries and assist Crestwood as defined by Company's contractual obligations.
  • Handle deliveries and assist DNOW when needed.
  • Non-Conformance Reporting – notify all affected parties and assist in issue resolution if necessary.
  • Bin audits - Utilizing bin reports and confirming bin locations are up to date at the discretion of Supply Chain.
  • Load and unload inventory/non-inventory from vendors as well as field operations.
  • Over 100 Crews
  • I&E/Electrical/Construction/Maintenance/Field Techs

MT Processing

  • Manage the processing of Material Transfers (MTs) for the field.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of MTs.
  • Conduct verification of capital expenditure in comparison to the 120.200 inventory.
  • Establish effective communication channels with operations.
  • Quarterly inventory reconciliation participation and assistance
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory by collaborating with various teams to identify the whereabouts of missing materials and conduct reconciliation research to resolve issues.
  • Manage the integration of returned materials from the field into the inventory system.
  • Ensure a presence at the counter when not loading/offloading in yard, aiding customers by picking and issuing materials.
  • Handle will-call and after-hours responsibilities.
  • Packaging/managing/kit materials.
  • Flare Monitoring Equipment Management
  • H2S Level Equipment Management


Supply Chain

  • Assist with equipment refurbishment programs.
  • Communication between field and vendor.
  • Help with Firetube/Valves/Motors/Actuators/Marta-Co/ESP Clamps/ESP Trailers/ESP Equipment/Tubing/Rods programs as needed.
  • Manage physical cycle counts.
  • Scheduled/un-scheduled requested by operations.
  • Submit to ND Supply Chain team for review.
  • Assist with rental equipment.
  • GPS Installation on larger equipment/trailers
  • Sticker installation
  • Count of rental equipment in yards
  • Assist with maintenance of rental equipment.
  • Participate in weekly yard/safety meetings.
  • Pause and/or stop work.
  • Formally communicate hazards.


Transportation

  • Assist in organizing efficient and safe loads.
  • Non-charged loads utilized for yard and field whenever there isn’t a backhaul already accounted for
  • Optimization of logistics to and from the field and yards
  • Assists operations with moving equipment between yards as requested.


Equipment Maintenance/Rental/Building

  • Assists with Oil Changes/Welding/Tires/Lights/Couplers/Batteries/Safety Equipment/Building Maintenance/Plumbing/Boiler Maintenance/Fence/Gates/Signage/Doors when necessary.
  • Assists with winterize equipment.
  • Assists in scheduling Fuel/Def/Seasonal additives/Grease for field and yards.
  • Assists in seasonal PM for Company owned/3rd party equipment in yards as needed.



Organization & Housekeeping


  • Clean, organize and manage warehouses and yards.
  • Assist in snow removal.
  • Assist in dirt work/yard maintenance/Scoria/salt and sand.
  • Assist in removal of stuck vehicles.
  • Assist with parking lot cleanliness.
  • Sweeper
  • Assist in weed spraying.
  • Assist with conex management.
  • Shelving/Moving/Storage
  • Dewatering
  • Installation and maintenance of racking in warehouses and conex’s
  • Yard reorganization


Waste Disposal

  • Manage trash disposal & coordinate with vendor for pickups.
  • Auditing waste receptacles for compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with T-Norm management and clean up.
  • Assist with chemical management.
  • Clean Harbors – oily debris
  • Oversight of waste cleanup.
  • Oversight of recycling programs
  • Metal/Wire/Battery/Wood
  • Working with EHS to ensure products are removed timely/safely.


Yard Closures

  • Waste disposal – see above.
  • Material/equipment MT’s and relocation
  • Transportation of materials and waste
  • Oversight of 3rd party contractors
  • Assist with organization/standardization of pipe into receiving yards.
  • Assist with reconciliation of material/equipment counts.
  • Collaboration with a variety of company associated entities to provide appropriate transition.
  • Electrical/Dirt/EHS
