We are seeking a skilled and motivated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator to join our dynamic team. The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of PCBAs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate pick and place machines like Juki, Phillips, Topaz, Yamaha
  • Experience using Hanwha pick and place machines is a plus
  • Experience setting up sand operating stencil printer and reflow oven
  • Perform programming of pick and place machine
  • Loading electronic components onto feeders and ensuring they are correctly set up for placement on PCBs.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance of SMT equipment.
  • Create makeshift fixtures/ jigs to place PCB during assembly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an SMT Operator
  • Proficiency in operating SMT equipment and understanding of SMT assembly processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and instructions
  • Basic computer skills.
