Litigation Associate Attorney

 

Job description

Exciting and growing law firm in downtown Bradenton seeking an Associate Attorney to specialize in Business Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Courtroom experience is preferred. Must be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere. There are opportunities for extensive client contact, team interaction, and learning new areas of law and continuing education opportunities. Full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team atmosphere


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Starting at $70,000.00+ per year commensurate with experience
