Enterprise Risk Analyst

Key responsibilities include:
Risk Evaluation: The ERM Analyst collaborates with business units and risk owners to identify, assess, and quantify potential risks that could affect organizational objectives. The candidate must be skilled in managing both numerical and non-numerical information.
Risk Mitigation & Monitoring: They will work with risk owners to create strategies to mitigate identified risks, develop risk management plans, and track progress.
Strategic Alignment: The ERM Analyst ensures that risk management efforts align with the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives.
Risk Reporting: The Analyst works with business unit personnel and the ERM team to quantify risks, prepare reports, and develop presentations.
Policy & Training Development: The ERM Analyst will assist leadership in crafting risk policies, procedures, and training materials.
Additional Responsibilities: May include project management as required.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years preferred.
Expertise in quantitative risk management, especially in the electricity markets, is preferred.
