Position Overview:

Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and excited about creating memorable events? As an Events Marketing Assistant at the Bleu Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, with full training provided and the potential for rapid career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all event details are handled smoothly.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring everything is in place and functioning properly.
  • Interact with clients and attendees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, materials distribution, and schedule coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and follow-up.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in events, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site, this position is fully in person.
