About You

You will be an integral part of the team dedicated to creating the most visually appealing images to deliver the best customer experience possible. You have great attention to detail who enjoys working both collaboratively and independently. In this role you will be responsible for playing a key role in style guide creation. You will play a major role in branding and taking that branding and applying it onto a package. You have vast experience in creating unique as well as functional dielines. You understand the consumer and the brick and mortar retail environment. We want you You take pride in your work. You are also a stickler for details because you know greatness is in the details. You have read our mission statement and core values and can fully embrace it. And because you do, you have a sense of urgency. You are a pleasant positive personality. Responsibilities


  • Participate in and OWN brand guide creation
  • own packaging creation from dielines to graphics to mechanicals to print ready status
  • image retouching
  • illustration skills
  • Creative mindset to convert product features into visual design
  • Stay current on trends
  • Understanding of project requirements, objectives, and target audience and can execute on direction
  • Maintain or evolve current brands and contribute to new brands
  • Creative as well as production package design
  • Manage your workload using project management software (JIRA)
  • Follow process and fully participate in continuously improving process


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience in graphic design
  • Advanced Experience in Packaging dieline creation
  • Advanced Experience in packaging mechanicals
  • Prior proven successful experience working in a high volume, fast paced process oriented professional environment.
  • Proven experience using project management software such as Jira to manage your work
  • Content creation using Midjourney and related Ai tools is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Experienced in and fully embrace following process to do your work
  • Experienced in brand guide development: mood boards, colorways, fonts, image do's/dont's, etc
