Office Administrator

Arc Three is a full service residential and commercial design firm with a commitment to quality people, design, and developments. We are a young, vibrant firm looking for the right candidate who wants to help build a dynamic firm culture, as well as grow their own talents. We are in search of an Office Administrator who possesses HR, Accounting, and Office Administration skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office tasks including:
- Writing and sending project proposals
- HR related tasks and collaboration with 3rd party agencies
- Firm Principal schedule coordination
- Basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks Software
- Interfacing with clients and employees
- Office schedule and event management
- Office supply management
- Administrative tasks as required
- Assist with company social media posts
- Website management
Qualifications:
- AA, BA, or BS degree required
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience required
- Previous experience working in an Architecture or Engineering Firm
- HR experience is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks bookkeeping software is required
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is preferred but not required
- Experience with WordPress Website management is preferred but not required
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills is required
- Able to take instruction well and adapt from task to task, sometimes with a deadline
- Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Commitment to strict confidence and discretion around highly sensitive information
