Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with over 10 years of expertise to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is 100% onsite and requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Conduct Workday system audits and ensure data integrity across all modules.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior Workday consultants and end-users.
  • Stay updated on the latest Workday features, releases, and best practices to continually enhance system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementation and configuration.
  • Proven experience with multiple Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, business process framework, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Certification in Workday is highly preferred.
