Peabody, United States MP: Wired for HR Full time

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

MP's client has found a niche in the contract manufacturing market. They thrive on projects that are too small for the big CMs, and too complex for everyone else. Their unique blend of complimentary operational groups yields a formula that drives customer loyalty.

In 2023, 80% of our client's revenue came from customers that have been with them for more than 15 years. These partnerships are built on stringent requirements that have created a culture of Clean Precision Manufacturing. Our client is a leading contract manufacturer in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, specializing in CNC machining, precision fabrication, and cleanroom welding. They provide high-quality, custom-engineered solutions for global leaders in high-tech industries. Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted partner in advanced manufacturing.

Our client has three different divisions that primarily supply automated Semiconductor OEM's. The Precision Fabrication Group has the engineering expertise and the machining capabilities to make challenging components and assemblies. The Specialized Welding Group supports stainless steel gas lines and panels as well as vacuum process chambers. The System Manufacturing Group is a contract manufacturer that builds and tests complete systems for our customers.
