EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in mid-large manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • High School Diploma required; an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Extensive background in product distribution and logistics, covering both raw materials and finished products.
  • Proficiency in analyzing routing and delivery costs.
  • Negotiation experience related to inbound and outbound freight, as well as truck lease costs.
  • Familiarity with managing food products, including refrigerated, frozen, and ambient temperature items, considering shelf life, FIFO (first in, first out), and food safety compliance.
  • SQF (Safe Quality Food) experience in inventory controls and food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in inventory control, including cycle counting.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a valuable asset.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to oversee and operate at a multi-company level.
  • Demonstrated follow-through, integrity, and sound judgment.
