Private Equity Business Development Opportunity:

Stonehenge Partners, located in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for an accomplished finance professional with a proven

track record and ability to generate private equity and debt opportunities for Stonehenge Partners. The successful

candidate will have sound investment judgment, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and convert

professional relationships into actionable opportunities for the firm.


Business Development Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of marketing and business development initiatives to initiate new investment opportunities;


Ability to create and develop core relationships with investment bankers, business brokers, business owners and

other deal-flow sources;


Comfortable with managing multiple priorities, working on deadlines - handling both short term and long-term

objectives;


Dependable judgment and impeccable integrity while interfacing with our various partners, investors and external

relationships;


Travel nationwide for business development (with an emphasis on travel within a 750-mile radius of Stonehenge’s

Columbus headquarters).


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Entrepreneurial individual with a high level of intellectual capacity, curiosity, and integrity


Demonstrated ability to work with a high-performance team using excellent interpersonal,

organizational, and written and verbal communication skills


Minimum of 5 to 10 years of finance investment experience


Strong knowledge of investment banking, capital markets and private equity


Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


High level of attention to detail


Adept at multi-tasking in a deadline-sensitive environment


Independent judgment to handle sensitive and confidential data and information. Any such

confidential information must be maintained in the strictest confidence


Minimum education requirement is a college degree (B.A. or B.S.).
