Bethel Products LLC is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager - Outside Sales Representative to join our Central - North Florida (Nassau, Duval, St Johns, Clay, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, Indian River, and nearby counties) sales force. The applicant must currently reside in the region they are applying for. Prior HVAC sales, HVAC service, HVAC equipment knowledge and experience is required.

We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to be a solutions-based HVAC/R strategic partner with our long-term relationships in providing heat transfer solutions, supplier of aftermarket coils, with the best HVAC proprietary protective coating offering in the industry, and addition to other HVAC product and service offerings. Majority of our production work is performed in-house in our Cape Coral, FL factory. Work performed is mostly on brand new HVAC equipment, directly from manufacturers.

As an Account Manager - Outside Sales Representative at Bethel Products LLC, the following duties and responsibilities are expected of the ideal candidate:

Responsibilities:

  • Present, quote, negotiate, and sell company products and services to customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect, contact, and acquire new potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadlines
  • Resolve customer inquiries (quotes) and handle all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments. Face to face sales. By phone, email, and other methods
  • Job site take offs / meeting customers onsite
  • Maintain pipeline and customer contacts, including quotes, accurate in CRM platform
  • Attend yearly trade shows

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management - outside sales
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC industry [ sales, service, equipment, contracting ]
  • Intermediate knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and systems including commercial, residential, heavy industrial
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft applications, and other computer software
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to make deals
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Go getter and "Hunter" attitude and aptitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent work history
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter ability, and high scale customer oriented skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The Account Manager - Outside Sales Representative career opportunity is commission-based earnings with a starting draw against commissions plan, with yearend bonus, with higher salary potential based on sales driven personality, attitude, and aptitude to hunt with no cap on earnings. Additionally, monthly vehicle allowance with company fuel card provided for business travel.


Bethel Products LLC is a leading supplier of HVAC Corrosion Coatings – going to market with our proprietary brand of coating – EpoxSil™ Coatings. In addition, BP supplies equipment such as replacement HVAC coils, heat exchanger products, fan coils, remote condenser units, replacement smaller AHU’s, other customized equipment, modifications to units and various services in the market which are performed onsite by our technicians, furthermore, including Cooling Tower service offerings.
