Associate Medical Sales-Aesthetics

A publicly traded medical manufacturer specializing in cosmetic technology is looking for an associate sales rep to join its team. The company's vision is to continually reshape what’s possible in cosmetic and medical procedures through game-changing solutions.
The Associate Sales Representative will assist in the assigned territory with case support, sales support, and business development and help the Senior Sales Representative achieve 100% of the monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Territory: Central and North Florida.
The Associate Medical Sales Representative’s role is to assist in the assigned territory
with cold calling and booking targeted appointments and lunches, non-clinical case support
(ensuring equipment is there and functioning) , sales support, business development activities,
and follow-up activities with the assigned Senior Sales Representative. Implement all sales
and marketing plans for the Growth product line in the directly assigned accounts to generate
revenue to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and unit goals.
Associate Medical Sales Representative's ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
1. In-person cold call to book the designated number of appointments with targeted physicians in
the territory quarterly.
2. Do research on target accounts before cold calls and log updated account notes into
HubSpot regularly.
3. Assist the assigned Senior Rep in achieving 100% of monthly and quarterly revenue and unit
goals.
4. Support customer growth, retention, and loyalty by supporting onboarding all new
customers and re-engaging stalled accounts.
5. Differentiate product lines using clinical data, conduct in-services, and
attend cases when needed. As growth products are added, expectations will be the same.
6. Attend medical meetings as requested by management.
7. Assist with case coverage ensuring all proper equipment is present and functioning, provide
sales support, and assist with follow-up sales activities in the assigned areas.
8. Communicate activity, territory needs, trends, and targets to the assigned Senior Rep and
Region Director weekly.
9. Comply with all corporate policies and standards of conduct and maintain all administrative
functions on time.
Associate Medical Sales Representative's KEY RESULTS AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity, appointment, and revenue goals for growth
products within the Senior Sales Rep’s territory.
2. Overall Performance and goal attainment in the assigned Senior Sales Representative
territory.
3. Strong territory management
4. Expense budget management.
