Position Overview:

As a Member Success Advisor, your primary mission is to motivate, inspire, and provide comprehensive course and community knowledge to our members. Your role involves guiding members towards unlocking financial freedom and fostering relationships, all while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring student course completion, conducting weekly check-ins, promptly addressing member inquiries through various communication channels, and handling sales needs when applicable.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in communication, observation, and active listening.
  • Ability to motivate and build rapport with individuals.
  • Customer or member service experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online education.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Written and verbal communication, observation and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and evolving organization.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial support for members in their first 6 weeks.
  • Engage in one-on-one interactions with members (Average 100-200 total contacts [calls, texts, and emails] per day).
  • Offer specialized knowledge of course content.
  • Provide in-depth guidance on specific content, resources, and goal accountability.
  • Document weekly progress in categories such as Onboarding, Community/Networking, Course Content, Action Steps, Success, and Internal satisfaction with progress.
  • Collaborate closely with our Community Coordinator team, Content Team, Sales Team, and Coaches.
  • Assist with guiding potential members through the sales cycle, when applicable.
