Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our IT Engineering team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journey creation, email and SMS marketing, audience segmentation, and data integration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Create and optimize personalized email campaigns, ensuring deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates are consistently improved.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted messaging and drive engagement across various customer segments.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) and data privacy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement new features, functionalities, and integrations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain.
  • Possibly some exposure and experience with Salesforce CRM and with Salesforce Lightning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing automation campaigns, driving customer engagement, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and personalization.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design for email template creation.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance with email regulations and data privacy guidelines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
