A client of Insight Global is seeking a Positive Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and guidance in data collection and analysis, with a strong focus on establishing connections with psychological care providers. Additionally, the role involves managing medication compliance and developing initiatives for therapy and anger management programs. This role is a 9-month contract to hire, and candidates will be required to be in-office for the first few months and then remote work with the flexibility to manage your own schedule will be offered. We are looking to pay between $28/hr. - $34/hr. for this role.


Requirements:


Must meet one of the following requirements:

- Licensed Psychologist

- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

- Licensed Physician certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

- Registered Nurse with experience in adult or family psychiatric and mental health


- Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Science Field Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

- Qualifications of a mental health practitioner as defined by Minnesota State

- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
