Behavior Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

A healthcare client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Behavior Specialist to join their team. This candidate will develop structured environments, programmatic interventions to support individuals with challenging behavior, and behavior strategies within the Individual Service Plan for individuals assigned to the caseload. They will also be tasked with developing and completing functional assessment for clients in order to determine the most appropriate teaching and support strategies. All work will be done at the clients main office in Hopkins, MN, with clients either traveling into the office or meeting via video conference. The client base is already set and steady, this Behavior Specialist will have an existing clientele base that they will take over. This person can expect to meet with 3-5 clients per day. This role is slated to be a 9 month contract to hire, with working hours being M-F from 9am-5pm CST. This candidate will need to be in-office everyday for the first few months, but remote work will be flexible after that. We are looking to pay between $28/hr-$36/hr for this role. Apply today

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of professional experience in developing and/or implementing behavior support strategies or plans BS/BA Degree in either Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis/Management or related field
