Award-winning resort and country club located in southern New Hampshire. Renowned for its exceptional amenities is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee all aspects of accounting. The ideal candidate will have hospitality industry experience.


Location: Southern New Hampshire


Direct Report: CFO


Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Lead and execute the month-end closing process, including...
  • Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff as needed.


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a multifaceted operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience with Great Plains Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics Management Reporter preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and office work.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time, Monday through Friday; must be dependable and willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with employees and management.
  • Ability to listen, understand instructions, and work independently and with others to complete tasks.
  • Must be a team player willing to assist in any department job or task.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
