Career Opening: Project Engineer


Job Summary:


As a Project Engineer specializing in Data Center Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of data center projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, fit-out processes, and ensuring that all project requirements are met within the specified timeline and budget. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data center facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.

MEP Systems Management:

  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of MEP installations.


Project Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the project plan.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on data center construction.
  • Proven experience in managing MEP systems and data center projects
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power, and cabling systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
