Job Summary: As part of a collaborative HR Team, this role provides comprehensive HR support and expertise across various functions within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals while supporting a high-performing workforce and enhancing the employee experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Leadership Support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support on various people-related matters.
  • Assist in building leadership capabilities through coaching, training, and development programs.


Performance Management Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair and constructive performance evaluations.

Workforce Planning, Career Pathing and Development:

  • Collaborate with leaders and employees to design and implement career pathing strategies that align with organizational objectives and employee aspirations.
  • Provide guidance and support for career development, including mentoring, training programs, and succession planning.


Recruiting and Onboarding:

  • Assist recruitment and onboarding processes as needed to ensure a welcoming candidate and new hire experience
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to understand hiring manager’s needs and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience that aligns with company culture and values.
  • Assist managers in composing job descriptions as needed.


Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze current and future workforce needs to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet business demands.


Succession Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify key roles and create succession plans to ensure the long-term stability of the organization.
  • Implement succession planning initiatives, including identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.


Promoting Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, promoting a culture of respect, equity, and belonging.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.


Multi-Location Experience:

  • Provide HR support across assigned business units and locations (including our remote workforce), ensuring consistency in HR practices and alignment with overall company goals.
  • Adapt HR strategies and programs to meet the unique needs of different units and locations.


Employee Engagement:

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage international HR experience to support global teams and navigate cross-cultural differences.
  • Contribute to the development of global HR policies and practices that accommodate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Manage HR-related projects that support HR and corporate initiatives and goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven track record of supporting career development, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and make strategic recommendations
  • Multi-location experience
  • Highly organized, ability to manage competing priorities and manage projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • International HR experience is highly desirable

Education and Experience:

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a generalist focus


Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
