Our client is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to join their team in Rogers, AR. This role involves a 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM shift. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, including payroll assistance, time entry, scheduling, and greeting employees and visitors. This position also presents an exciting opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition to the Head of HR role at our client's upcoming Rogers location.


Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.

· Manage time entry systems, including data input and verification.

· Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and employee shifts.

· Warmly greet employees and visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression.

· Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including filing and record-keeping.

· Collaborate with HR and management teams on various projects and initiatives.


Requirements:

· Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

· Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

· Willingness to relocate to the Rogers location and take on expanded HR responsibilities in the future.
