Outside Sales Representative

Alchemy is assisting a leading moving firm located in Spokane, WA with their search for an Outside Sales Representative.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for representing the company and producing moving bookings of our client's vast moving and storage services covering residential and commercial moves, networking the company's name to create self-generated business and utilize company–provided sales leads to increase branch revenue.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Perform in-person moving surveys at the customer's residence or place of business as scheduled.
- Complete the moving estimates and finalise the deal for each lead that has been assigned.
- Prospect for potential new relocation clients.
- Follow up and try to have all outstanding queries closed.
- Observe the company's moving pricing policies and procedures.
- Maintain contact with clients to provide exceptional services and ensure each client is completely satisfied.
Requirements for the role include:
- Previous outside sales experience within the moving and relocation industry.
- Familiarity with fundamental software.
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in written and verbal abilities.
- Capability of multitask.
- Experienced with utilising a desktop computer, laptop, and iPad.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency.
