Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate design concepts into fully functional and performant user interfaces.
  • Develop scalable and maintainable UI components using React, Go, JavaScript, and other relevant languages or frameworks.
  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create and maintain efficient and well-documented codebase, following best practices for code organization, version control, and testing.
  • Work with microservices architecture to integrate frontend components with backend services, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
  • Optimize user interfaces for speed and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI development, and incorporate these insights into the design and development process.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Collaborate in identifying and troubleshooting UI-related issues, and work proactively to propose and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong proficiency in React, Go, JavaScript, and other relevant UI languages or frameworks.
  • Experience designing and developing responsive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API integration.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles, including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous UI projects and contributions is a plus.
