**Role / UX Researcher**
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
- Experience and proficiency with remote testing tools.
- Time flexibility to work with users in the US and Europe.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools and methods to conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research and to Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
- Perform market and user research.
- Perform usability studies with users.
- Collaborate with UX Design team to plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Experience of working with software development teams and methods to bring products to market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to share research and test results to Product Management, Program Management and Business Leaders.

Ability to function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing for the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
