Our client in Midtown Atlanta is looking for a lease administrator to join their growing team

The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking the financial transactions of the

leases within their collection of properties. This position requires teamwork to support other members and processes of the Leasing Administration team.

Pay: $70K-$80K

Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA - Hybrid. MUST live within a reasonable commute


Job Description:

  • Complete first draft of Lease Profile for new, extended and modified lease documents into MRI Commercial Management.
  • Monitor lease critical dates (renewals, rate increases, etc.)
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and disputes and provide Tenant Connect support. Track incoming
  • inquiries and resolutions. Escalate inquiries to Sr. Lease Administrator when necessary.
  • Apply cash receipts to tenant accounts for review by Sr. Lease Administrator.
  • Calculate, prepare and invoice utility and miscellaneous billings.
  • Calculate late fees for review by Sr. Lease Administrator. After review, invoice late fees.
  • Conduct initial review of monthly invoices/statements.
  • Calculate security deposit refunds and applications for review by Sr. Lease Administrator.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience facilitating lease administration responsibilities including lease abstraction and billing and cash application.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field.
  • Experience working in MRI Commercial Management and with electronic document retrieval systems.
  • Previous Commercial Real Estate experience.
