Role Description:

In this role, you will be leading a team of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) responsible for the management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing applications to meet the specific needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion technologies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional or technical Solution Architect, with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Previous experience in roles such as business analyst, functional consultant, or similar positions within Oracle Fusion projects.
  • Experience leading or participating in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Cloud Platform Functional Consultant, etc. is a plus.
  • Oracle Fusion Applications certifications such as Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management is a plus.
