Job Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for executing the various assets of design projects, also ensuring that they are print-ready or prepared for digital publication. They collaborate closely with designers, video team members, content creators, and our social teams to bring concepts to life, focusing on layout and formatting. Attention to detail, high-efficiency, ability to handle high-volume workloads, and proficiency in design software, are essential for success in this role.

They will work closely with the CPG Design team to create visual and digital assets for our consumer brand, and in some cases B2B product assets. Working with team members across the globe including content, video, web design, product marketing, channel marketing and digital marketing teams to support graphic requests and current asset updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new designs and also work off of existing art to rework into multiple formats.
  • Prepare artwork to meet technical specifications and requirements for digital or print distribution.
  • Arrange elements such as text, images, and graphics in a visually appealing and cohesive manner, following brand guidelines and design principles.
  • Prepare files for printing or digital distribution, including setting up bleeds, trim marks, color profiles, and resolution requirements.
  • Works with leadership to execute against timelines to produce quality assets and creative that represent brand integrity.
  • Manage processes and deliver creative content through campaigns, new product introductions (NPIs), asset creation, imagery, video, social media, and website creative direction and integration.
  • Follow the brand guidelines and style guides to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic design production artist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience and an extensive portfolio across all mediums
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of completed graphic designs and creative projects
  • Attention to detail, organized, and file management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong Photoshop skills
  • Worked within design for a technology company or manufacturer a plus.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
