FRAME is a brand that bridges the heritage and quality of manufacturing in Los Angeles with a distinctly European aesthetic. Its collections take inspiration from a French way of "dressed up casual" embodied by the style icons of the 1970s.

Role Overview:

Reporting into the Senior Graphic Designer, this role will provide assistance

to the Creative Director and the Creative Services Department.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and his creative team, to articulate and execute visual decision for FRAME.
  • Assist with the development and output of all marketing materials.
  • Assist with digital requirements – homepage and email layouts and design.
  • Work across multiple mediums; print, web, brand identity, packaging, shoots.
  • Creation and updates to various design, sales and marketing materials such as look books, fit guides, in-house magazine, in-house tabloid and brand books.
  • Assist eCommerce team with collateral updates across web. Such as; Create swatches for eCommerce product pages; help resize and retouch product and lifestyle images.
  • Assist with organizing and archiving all visual and graphic assets.
  • Assist with any presentation needs and other projects as assigned to the department.
  • Research new trends and techniques, platforms, tools and talent.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment when interpreting instructions.
  • Maintain creative consistency across multiple brand channels.
  • General understanding of designing in the third dimension.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and assist and grow within the Creative team.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Previous experience at an agency or high-end fashion brand preferred.
  • Skilled in both traditional (print media, packaging, brand identity) and nontraditional (digital- eCommerce, emails and social) projects.
  • A solid creative portfolio that features art direction, typography work and creative branding projects.
  • Must have an exceptional design talent, including detailed and strong taste in typography, photography, and design/editorial layout.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Keen interest and/or skills in photography.
  • Highly knowledgeable on branding and fashion trends - historical and current.
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mac OS, Keynote.
  • General knowledge / willingness to learn other Adobe Creative Suite Software and video editing tools, e.g. final cut.
  • Excellent time management skills, organized and with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
  • Takes direction and constructive critiques well, while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
  • Confidence to contribute with ideas.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the FRAME brand.
