**YOUR ROLE**:

- Manage both digital and print designs from ideation to delivery
- Manage website design updates and implementation in collaboration with other Integrated Marketing Team members and developer agency
- Design website banners and digital templates
- Design printed magazine ads for new product launches and campaigns for all customers
- Design digital ads for usage on various customer platforms and social media
- Design product boxes and influencer boxes as needed
- Design in-store printed signage and display components as needed
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing and design projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in software and on design trends
- Light photo editing

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelors degree in graphic design, media arts or similar degree
- 3+ years of design experience either for a marketing or advertising agency, or internally with a brand (beauty experience preferred)
- Experience working with developers on web design implementation as well as experience designing new website formats and templates
- Print production and packaging design experience required
- Experience working with full Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- A strong eye for visual details and strong design aesthetic
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet corresponding deadlines
- Has experience working within a team where constant collaboration is necessary to complete projects
- Can work within design guidelines of a brand, and edit work based on feedback given

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
