Role Overview:

They are looking for a skilled Snowflake Data Architect with a strong background in migrating on-site SQL Server or DBT databases to Snowflake. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions, leading migration projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of data across platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Snowflake-based data solutions and migrations.
  • Lead and execute migration projects from on-site SQL Server or DBT databases to Snowflake.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management and architecture in Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver on project goals.
  • Optimize and tune Snowflake environments for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data architecture and Snowflake technology.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience migrating on-site SQL Server or DBT databases to Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
