Summary of ITO Leader Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages the ITO process by working with global cross functional teams comprised of Sourcing, Quality, Technical Sales, and Sales resources.
• Ensures the ITO process is followed and responses to customer requests for quotes are completed according to customer requirements.
• Assists the Chief Commercial Officer, Director, New Business Development, Vertical Leaders, Business Development Managers and Global Account Managers with processing transactions related to request for information (RFI), request for quote (RFQ) and commercial actions.
• Coordinates and directs Technical Sales Team and Sourcing Team to complete large customer quotations.
• Assists Global Sales Team in preparing customer pricing and service proposals.
• Creates and maintains monthly and weekly status reports on RFI and RFQ activities.
• Administers Insightly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with Sales Team to ensure pipeline data in the CRM is accurate and updated.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Project management experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to present to executive level resources.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interrupt technical drawings.
• Commitment to quality and strong customer focus.
• PC/MS Office literacy.
• Mechanical and electrical technical product knowledge.

ITO Leader Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Leadership experience.
• Sourcing experience a plus.
