Accordant Company, LLC is actively growing and looking for great people to join the Accordant team who are knowledgeable in the construction and real estate industry, professional in their client interactions, and excited to work in a fast-growing company. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the Sales team as well.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to identify and generate new leads using a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative approaches. Drive traffic to monthly webinars and in-person events. This role is 90% outbound dialing based on open and click reports from Marketing. The remaining 10% of your role will be focused on managing new or stalled inbound leads.
Qualify Prospects: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and evaluate whether our solutions align with their requirements.
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining regular contact throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our sales solutions, staying up-to-date with new features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate the value proposition to prospects.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, share market insights, and provide feedback to enhance the overall sales process.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, prospect details, and sales pipeline progression.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly andmquarterly targets for lead generation through utilization of Salesforce and Salesloft, qualified opportunities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Daily calling requirements of 90+ minute talk time, 5-10 five minute conversations per day, 450 unique accounts
touched per month, 5+ attendees per Accordant hosted event, and 10 or more new BANT-qualified opportunities to sale each month.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven and proactive individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment, takes initiative, and can work independently.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and more.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market dynamics, and a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: A passion for technology, sales solutions, business development, and an understanding of the business challenges faced by our target industries.
