Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Endoscopy Repair Technician located in Smyrna, TN. As an Endoscopy Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and calibrations on Olympus endoscopy equipment. You will diagnose equipment malfunctions, replace defective components, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support to customers.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with diagnostic and repair tools and equipment (soldering, glue application, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
