Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on medical treatment and case progress.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers to gather necessary case materials for attorneys.
  • Potential for office-based or hybrid remote work arrangements.


Requirements:

  • Confident phone demeanor, setting the tone and pace of client calls.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide reassurance to clients during difficult times.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software preferred.
